But so many business owners put marketing at the bottom of their list when the fact is, the person with the best marketing wins.

It’s not about having the best product. You can have the best tasting hamburger in town and you can rely on word of mouth to build your business and I am sure it will get you far. But I guarantee you, McDonalds will sell more burgers than you locally every day. With a burger that is probably no where as good as yours.

But they market exceptionally. They never stop marketing especially when times are good. And they certainly don’t try and track every dollar they spend and ask how you heard about them when you get there.

McDonalds know they don’t have to invest in the best product, just the best marketing. Imagine if you had the best product and the best marketing how successful your business would be?
